The ASRock B365M-ITX/ac is a Mini-ITX motherboard built around the Intel B365 chipset and the LGA 1151 socket (300 Series). It accepts 8th and 9th Generation Intel Core processors and is not backward compatible with earlier LGA 1151 CPUs. The board targets small-form-factor builds that need a full feature set in a reduced footprint.

Two 288-pin DDR4 slots support memory speeds of 2666, 2400 and 2133 in dual-channel mode. A single PCI Express 3.0 x16 slot handles discrete graphics or other expansion cards. A vertical M.2 Key E socket carries the bundled Wi-Fi 802.11 ac module, with antennas on the rear I/O. Wired networking uses an Intel I219-V controller rated for 1Gbps. Audio is driven by a Realtek ALC887 codec delivering 7.1 channels when paired with an HD front-panel module. Four SATA3 6.0Gb/s ports support RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10.
