It ships with 512 GB of DDR4 2933 MHz registered ECC memory across 16 DIMM slots, leaving headroom to reach the platform maximum of 1 TB. Eight 600 GB 10K SAS drives connect through a PERC H745 controller with 4 GB NV cache, supporting RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60. A dual-port 10 GbE SFP+ OCP 3.0 card and iDRAC9 Enterprise handle networking and remote management.

Under continuous load the 28-core CPUs maintain their all-core frequency while the turbo budget allows short bursts to 3.1 GHz for latency-sensitive threads.
