LORDWORLD Environment Sensors HAT for Jetson Nano 1.3inch OLED

SKU CH-SDG5-6SRRQ

Measures light, temperature, humidity, pressure, motion, UV and VOCs on a 1.3 inch OLED via two-wire I2C

  • Real-time environment readings on 1.3 inch OLED
  • Measures temperature, humidity and air pressure with BME280 sensor
  • Tracks motion, orientation and heading via ICM20948 IMU
  • Monitors IR, UV and visible light with TSL25911FN and Si1145
  • Detects ambient VOC levels using onboard SGP40 sensor

Sensor suite for Jetson Nano projects

The LORDWORLD Environment Sensors HAT mounts directly on a Jetson Nano and provides six onboard sensors covering light, temperature, humidity, air pressure, motion, UV, and volatile organic compounds. A 1.3inch OLED shows readings instantly without an external monitor. The board targets makers and developers building environmental monitoring or edge AI prototypes.

Continuous monitoring over I2C

All sensors share a single I2C bus so the host reads every channel with two wires, keeping CPU load low during long logging sessions. The BME280 and SGP40 report climate and air-quality trends without drift in typical indoor conditions. The ICM20948 delivers steady nine-axis motion data while the TSL25911FN and Si1145 track ambient and UV light levels across extended deployments.

I2C address space and pin budget

The HAT consumes multiple I2C addresses, limiting how many additional I2C peripherals can be added without a multiplexer. GPIO pins used for the OLED and sensor interrupts reduce the count available for other hats or custom circuitry. Projects needing many simultaneous I2C devices or full GPIO freedom must plan around these constraints.

أسئلة حول هذا المنتج

How much power does the BME280 and SGP40 sensor array draw when the HAT runs continuously on the Jetson Nano?

The BME280 and SGP40 sensors operate over the I2C bus with very low current draw, adding negligible load to the Jetson Nano's 5 V rail during continuous environmental monitoring.

Which Jetson Nano header and software stack are required to drive the 1.3 inch OLED and the five onboard sensors?

The HAT connects to the 40-pin GPIO header and uses the I2C bus; you need a Jetson Nano running a Linux image with I2C enabled and Python libraries such as smbus2 or CircuitPython for the TSL25911FN, BME280, ICM20948, Si1145 and SGP40 drivers.

Will the ICM20948 motion sensor and Si1145 UV sensor conflict with an older CSI camera or PWM fan on the same 40-pin header?

All sensors share the I2C bus on fixed addresses, leaving the CSI connector and PWM pins free, so a legacy camera module or fan controller works alongside the HAT without address collisions.
