This 128GB kit contains four 32GB DDR5 4800 modules built for Thinkmate HDX-QN8-52E4 high-density servers. Each stick is a registered ECC RDIMM operating at 1.10V with CL40 latency. The 2Rx8 organization uses major OEM chips from Samsung, Micron or Hynix. No heat spreaders are fitted.
