1TB DDR5 ECC RDIMM kit

This 1TB kit contains eight 128GB registered DDR5 modules built for Supermicro X14SBM-TP4F systems. IT teams and server builders use it to reach maximum supported memory capacity in compatible platforms. The registered design and on-die ECC protect data integrity in mission-critical workloads. Modules operate at the standard 1.1V DDR5 voltage.

6400MHz CL52 4Rx4 headroom

Each module runs at 6400MHz with CL52 latency and a 4Rx4 organisation. The eight-module kit fills all available slots on the target board, delivering the full 1TB ceiling for virtualisation, in-memory databases and AI training datasets. Headroom ends when the platform slot count or memory-controller limit is reached. No higher-capacity registered DDR5 modules are included in this kit.

Upgrade from smaller RDIMM sets

The kit replaces partial-population configurations such as four or six-module sets that leave slots empty and total capacity below the board maximum. The jump is worth it when workloads exceed current memory footprint and the platform supports 128GB 4Rx4 registered modules. Systems limited to lower-rank or lower-density RDIMMs cannot accept this kit.
