64 GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM kit for Thinkmate servers

This 64 GB kit contains four 16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz registered DIMMs with ECC and a CL22 latency. It is built for Thinkmate GPX-QT8-24E2-8GPU GPU-optimised servers and workstations that require registered memory. The modules run at 1.2 V and use 2Rx8 organisation with major OEM DRAM from Samsung, Micron or Hynix.

Registered ECC design needs a compatible server

The RDIMM format and registered buffer mean the memory controller must support registered ECC DDR4; consumer desktop boards will not accept these modules. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow in the server chassis handles cooling. The 288-pin layout matches standard DDR4 slots, freeing you from proprietary form factors while keeping the validated Thinkmate compatibility.

Replaces non-ECC or lower-capacity DDR4

If the server currently runs unbuffered non-ECC DIMMs or smaller registered kits, this 64 GB set adds error correction and higher density in a single qualified package. The upgrade is worthwhile when workloads demand data integrity and the platform’s qualified vendor list includes this part number.
