The modules operate at DDR5 4800 with CL40 latency and 1.1V voltage in a 288-pin form factor. Registered DIMMs add a buffer that reduces electrical load on the memory controller, so they cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced ECC memory in the same system.
