Server Memory Upgrade

This 64GB DDR4 ECC Registered DIMM is built for Gigabyte R152-Z30, R152-Z31, R152-Z32, R152-Z33 and R162-Z10 systems. It targets administrators who need to expand capacity in compatible servers, workstations or NAS units. The module will not work in standard desktop computers and cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced memory.

Sustained Workload Behaviour

JEDEC-standard timings at 3200MHz CL22 and 1.2V provide stable throughput during extended compute tasks. Backward compatibility with 2133MHz, 2400MHz, 2666MHz and 2933MHz platforms allows the module to clock down automatically when installed in slower systems. Each unit is tested in-house to meet OEM specifications before shipping.

Thermals Noise and Power

The module operates at the standard DDR4 voltage of 1.2V without a heat spreader, relying on chassis airflow for cooling. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, helping to limit power draw under heavy utilisation. Silent solid-state operation adds no acoustic noise to the server environment.
