The storage subsystem centres on the Dell PERC H755 controller with 8GB NV cache and battery backup, supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 across the twelve installed 4TB drives. The controller manages SATA and SAS devices; NVMe drives are not supported by this card. Expansion beyond the twelve bays requires a different chassis.
