Front-mount rack studs for 19" rails

FireFold Rackstuds Series II replace cage nuts in 19-inch racks with square-punched vertical rails. Installers insert each stud from the front, add the yellow lock washer, hang the equipment and spin on the nut in under 30 seconds. The sample pack includes four pieces of every size and colour so technicians can match the rail thickness on site.

Front access and colour-coded sizing

Front insertion removes the need to reach behind the rack, allowing single-person mounting of heavy gear. Longer threads on the Series II design make it easier to hang equipment before tightening. Each stud size is colour-coded so the correct fit for 2.7 mm to 3.2 mm rail thickness is immediately visible.

EIA-310 square-hole compatibility only

Studs require the standard 90.5 mm (0.374 inch) square hole pattern defined by EIA-310 and do not work with round or threaded holes. They are rated for shear forces above 400 pounds but provide no electrical grounding path. Rails thicker than 3.2 mm or thinner than 2.7 mm fall outside the supplied size range.
