This 768GB kit contains six 128GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs with ECC and a CAS latency of 22. It is built for servers and workstations that require registered memory and error correction for data integrity. The modules operate at 1.2V using major OEM DRAM from Samsung, Micron or Hynix. Systems that only accept unbuffered UDIMMs or non-ECC memory cannot use this kit.

Sustained load stability

All modules are rigorously stress tested under load to ensure reliability during continuous operation. Registered buffering and ECC maintain signal integrity and correct single-bit errors across the full 768GB capacity at DDR4 3200 speeds. The 1.2V operating voltage supports consistent thermal behaviour in dense multi-DIMM configurations. Workloads that exceed the registered memory limit of the platform will not benefit from this capacity.

Installation and common issues

The 288-pin RDIMM form factor installs in standard DDR4 server slots following the motherboard population rules for 4Rx4 modules. Compatibility depends on the platform supporting registered ECC memory and the total capacity per channel. Mixing these modules with unbuffered or different-rank DIMMs will prevent boot or reduce stability. Always consult the system manual for the correct slot order and maximum supported density.
