The Partaker I28 is a barebone mini PC built around an Intel Core i7 10810U processor with six cores and twelve threads. Its aluminium chassis dissipates heat without a fan, so the system runs silently in noise-sensitive locations. The unit ships with 8GB of DDR4 memory and a 256GB SSD, and it includes a TPM 2.0 module for hardware-based security. It targets integrators who need a compact, fanless Windows 11 Pro device for edge or kiosk deployments.

Sustained load behaviour

With a 15W TDP and passive cooling, the processor maintains its base frequency of 1.1GHz continuously and can reach 4.9GHz turbo when thermal headroom allows. The operating range extends from -20°C to 50°C when an industrial SSD is fitted, making it suitable for extended duty in harsh environments. Two Intel I225-V 2.5GbE ports provide stable network throughput for long-running data collection or gateway tasks. Watchdog timers and auto power-on features keep the system recoverable without manual intervention.

Deciding specification

The single SODIMM slot supports DDR4-2666 or DDR4-2933 up to 32GB, so total memory capacity is capped at that limit. Storage expansion uses one M.2 2280 slot accepting SATA or NVMe drives plus one 2.5-inch SATA bay with RAID 0/1 support. Connectivity includes dual COM ports for RS232/RS485, four USB 3.0 ports, HDMI, DisplayPort, a SIM slot and a Mini PCIe socket for Wi-Fi or 4G.
