Server memory module

This A-Tech module adds 16GB of DDR5 ECC unbuffered memory to compatible servers and workstations. It operates at 5600 MHz with a CAS latency of 40 and runs at the standard 1.10V. The single-rank 1Rx8 design uses major-brand DRAM ICs for reliable operation.

Build integration

The 288-pin UDIMM fits DDR5 server platforms that explicitly support ECC unbuffered memory; it will not work in desktop or laptop systems. No heat spreader is included, so airflow around the DIMM slots should be adequate. Each module is tested before shipping to verify compatibility and stability.

Sustained workload behaviour

ECC circuitry corrects single-bit errors on the fly, preventing data corruption during long compute jobs or virtualisation tasks. The single-rank layout keeps electrical loading low, helping signal integrity when multiple modules populate a channel. Standard 1.10V operation limits thermal output under continuous load.
