32GB ECC SODIMM kit for DDR4 systems

This kit supplies two 16GB modules that run at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency and 1.20V operation. The unbuffered ECC design adds single-bit error correction for data integrity in microservers, mobile workstations and NAS servers. Dual-rank configuration is not used; each module is 1Rx8 single rank for broad platform compatibility.

Sustained throughput with error correction

Under continuous load the memory maintains its rated 3200 speed without downclocking, while ECC parity checks run on every transaction. The single-rank layout keeps command timing predictable during long compile jobs or ZFS scrub operations. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow in the chassis determines thermal headroom.

Low voltage, silent operation

At 1.20V the kit draws standard DDR4 power and produces no audible noise because there are no moving parts. The bare PCB fits tight SODIMM slots in 1U microservers and compact NAS units without clearance issues. Thermal output scales with workload but remains within JEDEC limits for passively cooled enclosures.
