This 32GB DDR4 module delivers registered ECC operation at 2400MHz for Cisco UCS servers that require the 15-104065-01 or UCS-MR-1X322RV-A part numbers. It targets administrators who need to expand capacity on qualified platforms without changing voltage or rank configuration. The single DIMM uses a 2Rx4 organisation and standard 1.20V DDR4 power.

Build Integration

The registered DIMM plugs into a 288-pin DDR4 slot and presents a 2Rx4 load to the memory controller, so the platform must support registered ECC modules of this rank structure. No extra cooling or power connectors are required beyond the slot itself. Installing this module frees an additional DIMM slot for future expansion because the full 32GB resides in one rank-dense stick.
