This 32GB DDR4 module is built as a compatible replacement for Cisco UCS-ML-1X324RV-A and part number 15-104064-01. It targets administrators who need to expand capacity in supported server or workstation platforms. The load-reduced DIMM design helps maintain signal integrity on heavily populated memory channels. Systems that do not accept ECC LRDIMM 4Rx4 modules cannot use this product.

Thermals and Power

The module operates at the standard DDR4 voltage of 1.20V, which helps limit heat output during normal operation. As a registered load-reduced design, the onboard register reduces electrical loading on the memory bus without adding active cooling requirements. Typical server airflow is sufficient to keep temperatures within specification. No additional power draw beyond the rated voltage is expected under standard workloads.
