This 64GB kit delivers two 32GB registered ECC modules built for DDR5 servers and workstations. Each module runs at 5600 MT/s with CL46 latency at the standard 1.10V. The dual-rank x8 organisation and 288-pin RDIMM form factor suit multi-channel platforms that require error correction.

Sustained throughput

Registered buffering and on-die ECC keep data integrity intact during continuous workloads such as virtualization, database transactions or compile farms. Dual-rank density lets the memory controller interleave accesses across both modules, maintaining bandwidth when all channels are populated. The 1.10V operating point remains stable without voltage scaling.

Thermals and power

Bare modules without heat spreaders rely on chassis airflow, so fan speed and inlet temperature determine module temperature. At 1.10V the kit draws minimal power per DIMM, reducing the thermal load on dense server configurations. Acoustic output is governed entirely by the system fans, not the memory itself.
