The ACMER P2-10W is a diode laser engraver and cutter designed for makers and small workshops. It delivers a 10W optical output at a 455nm wavelength for processing wood, acrylic, leather, stainless steel and other compatible materials. The machine uses laser coupling technology and a 5mm focal length to achieve a compressed spot size of 0.08mm x 0.06mm. Industrial guide rails provide motion precision rated at 0.01mm accuracy with 0.001mm repeatable positioning.

Built-in Air Assist and Complete Package

The unit ships as a full kit that includes an air assist system with a power lock feature, removing the need to source add-ons before first use. Integrated air assist clears debris and cools the cut path, which improves edge quality on materials such as wood and acrylic during cutting passes. The all-in-one packaging means the engraver is ready for setup and operation straight from the box without extra component sourcing.

420 x 400mm Work Area with 30,000mm/min Speed

A 420mm by 400mm working area accommodates medium-format projects such as signage, panels or batch runs of smaller parts. Maximum engraving speed reaches 30,000mm/min, allowing rapid raster fills on large surfaces while the 0.01mm precision holds detail on intricate vector cuts. The 10W diode output limits thick-metal cutting capacity; users needing deeper stainless steel penetration or faster throughput on dense hardwoods would require higher-power modules such as the 20W or 33W variants.
