AMD EPYC Embedded 3451 SoC

This Micro-ATX server motherboard integrates an AMD EPYC Embedded 3451 processor in a Socket SP4 package with a 100W thermal design power. It provides four 288-pin DDR4 slots supporting ECC UDIMM, RDIMM and LRDIMM modules up to 2666 MHz and a maximum capacity of 128GB per DIMM. The board includes an Aspeed AST2500 video controller and a dedicated IPMI LAN port for out-of-band management.

Storage density versus expansion slots

The platform suits deployments that need eight SAS or SATA drives through two miniSAS HD connectors with hardware RAID 0, 1, 10 and 1E plus an M.2 slot for a 2280 or 22110 drive.
