Deep Micro-ATX server board

This Deep Micro-ATX motherboard fits a single Socket SP6 AMD EPYC 8004 series processor. Eight DDR5 RDIMM slots support up to 768GB of registered memory at 4800 MT/s. Dual 25Gbps SFP28 ports and a dedicated 1Gbps management LAN handle high-throughput and out-of-band traffic. The Aspeed AST2600 provides basic display output.

Two PCIe 5.0 x16 plus CXL 1.1

Two full-length PCIe 5.0 x16 slots and one x8 slot all support CXL 1.1 for accelerator or memory-expansion cards. Two MCIO connectors offer either PCIe 5.0 x8 or eight SATA 6Gbps ports, while three additional MCIO lanes deliver more PCIe 5.0 x8 bandwidth. An OCuLink port adds PCIe 3.0 x4 connectivity for legacy devices.

Two M.2 slots and flexible power

Two M-key M.2 sockets accept 2280 or 22110 drives on PCIe 5.0 x4 links. The board works with standard ATX power supplies or a 12V DC input for dense chassis designs. Builders needing more than one processor socket or more than eight DIMM channels should choose a larger form factor.
