This 64GB kit contains two 32GB registered DDR4 modules running at 2400 MT/s with ECC. It is built for servers and workstations that require error correction and signal buffering for stable operation under continuous load. The 4Rx4 organisation suits platforms that support quad-rank registered DIMMs.

288-pin DDR4 installation

The modules use the standard 288-pin DDR4 form factor and seat in compatible registered DIMM slots. Installation follows normal server-memory procedure: align the notch, press evenly until the retention clips engage, and verify the system recognises the full 64GB at POST. The most common issue is placing registered DIMMs in a board that only accepts unbuffered memory, which prevents boot entirely.

64GB capacity with quad-rank limits

Two 32GB modules deliver 64GB total, providing headroom for virtualisation hosts, database buffers or large in-memory workloads. The 4Rx4 rank structure increases density but reduces the number of DIMMs the memory controller can address, so platforms with a low rank-per-channel limit may not populate all slots. Systems that do not support registered ECC DDR4 cannot use this kit at all.
