DC-DC Step-Down Module with LED Voltmeter

This pack contains two BUCIER LM2596 adjustable buck converters that step a 4.0V to 40V input down to a 1.25V to 37V output. An onboard LED display shows the voltage with a ±0.1V measurement error. The display can be switched off by holding the button for one to four seconds. Terminal blocks allow solderless connections for quick wiring.

Adjustable Regulator for DIY and Vehicle Power

The module replaces fixed-voltage regulators when a project needs a precise, user-set output between 1.25V and 37V. A mini screwdriver adjusts the voltage, making the jump worthwhile for prototypes, car accessory supplies, or industrial gear that demand a specific rail. Input polarity protection diodes prevent damage from reversed connections, while overheat and short-circuit safeguards protect the circuit during development.

150 kHz Switching with Thermal Limits

The LM2596 core runs at a 150 kHz internal oscillation frequency and uses solid capacitors to filter high-frequency noise. Efficiency drops and heat rises as the voltage differential or load current increases, so loads above 15W require additional heat sinking. The voltmeter itself needs at least 4.0V at the input to operate, so very low-input designs will not show a reading. Builders who need synchronous rectification or higher switching frequencies must choose a different topology.
