32GB DDR4 2666MHz SODIMM kit

This 32GB kit contains two 16GB DDR4 2666MHz CL19 modules built to 260-pin SO-DIMM form factor. It targets owners of Acer Aspire Nitro 5 models AN515-54-54W2 and AN515-54-51M5 who need the maximum 64GB capacity across two sockets. The unbuffered non-ECC design runs at 1.2V with 2Rx8 organisation.

Sustained-load behaviour

Matched-pair installation lets the memory controller run both modules at the rated 2666MHz without downclocking to the slowest installed stick. CL19 19-19-19 timings remain stable during extended workloads because the modules are unbuffered and specify 1.2V operation. Major-brand chipsets and the absence of a heat spreader keep thermal characteristics predictable inside the Nitro 5 chassis.

DDR4 SO-DIMM interface limits

The 260-pin DDR4 SO-DIMM interface caps bandwidth at the PC4-21300 data rate, so any faster module added later will be forced to 2666MHz. Two sockets restrict total system memory to 64GB, and a 64-bit operating system is required to address more than 4GB. Mixing with other DDR4 modules is possible but the entire array will operate at the lowest common speed.
