The Dell OptiPlex 7020 MFF Plus is a new mini PC built around a 14th-generation Intel Core i7-14700 processor with 20 cores and a 5.40 GHz maximum turbo frequency. It ships with 32 GB of DDR5 memory at 4800 MHz and a 512 GB NVMe solid-state drive. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed and the unit includes a USB keyboard and mouse.

Integrated graphics and connectivity

Intel UHD Graphics 770 drives up to three displays through three DisplayPort outputs. Wireless connectivity uses Wi-Fi 6E with MU-MIMO and Bluetooth 5.2, while a gigabit Ethernet port handles wired networks. Ports comprise one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2, three USB-A 3.1/3.2 Gen 2, one USB-A 3.0/3.1/3.2 Gen 1, a headset jack and a line output. The Q670 chipset and vPro support enable remote management features.

Memory and storage limits

The 32 GB DDR5 configuration suits heavy multitasking and typical business workloads. The single 512 GB NVMe drive provides fast boot and application load times but will fill quickly with large media libraries or virtual-machine images. Buyers who need more internal storage or discrete graphics performance should consider a larger form-factor system.
