This Dell OptiPlex 9020 SFF desktop PC is a small form factor system built around a 4th Gen Intel Core i7-4770 quad-core processor running at 3.40 GHz with a 3.90 GHz turbo boost. It ships with 8 GB of DDR3 RAM, a 1 TB solid state drive, a DVD±RW optical drive, and Windows 10 Pro 64-bit pre-installed. Integrated Intel HD Graphics 4600 handles display output. Build fit and expansion
