The Dell PowerEdge R650 is a 1U rack server equipped with two Intel Xeon Silver 4314 processors running at 2.4GHz with 16 cores each. It ships with 768GB of DDR4 2666MHz registered ECC memory across 24 DIMM slots. Ten 600GB 10K SAS drives are installed in the 2.5-inch drive bays, managed by a PERC H755 RAID controller with 8GB NV cache.
