SAS 12Gb/s Storage Limited to Ten 2.5-Inch Bays

Storage connects through a Dell PERC H745 controller supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 with 4GB non-volatile cache. The chassis accepts exactly ten 2.5-inch SAS or SATA drives running at 12Gb/s. No NVMe bays are populated or described in this configuration. Builders who need more than ten drives or native NVMe slots cannot meet that requirement with this unit.

Dual Silver 4310 CPUs

The installed processors are two Intel Xeon Silver 4310 units, each offering 12 cores at a 2.1 GHz base frequency and 3.3 GHz turbo. The LGA 4189 sockets support a maximum of two processors, which are already populated. Buyers who need higher core counts, faster base clocks or a third CPU socket must choose a different platform.
