It ships with 256GB of DDR4 2933MHz registered ECC memory installed across eight 32GB modules. This combination targets virtualization hosts, dense cloud infrastructure and high-performance computing clusters that need maximum compute throughput in a single rack unit.

Enterprise storage and management

Eight 1.92TB SATA solid-state drives connect to a PERC H745 RAID controller with 4GB of non-volatile cache and battery backup, supporting RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60. A Broadcom 5720 quad-port 1GbE OCP 3.0 network adapter provides four RJ45 links for redundant or segmented traffic. iDRAC9 Enterprise enables full remote deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management without physical console access, while ready rails and a front bezel simplify rack installation.

Redundant platinum power

Dual 1400-watt platinum-efficiency power supplies operate in a hot-swap redundant configuration, maintaining uptime if one unit fails or is replaced. The 1U chassis uses forced-air cooling across the processors, memory, drives and controller to keep thermals stable under sustained load. Power draw scales with the 56 total cores and eight drives, while fan speed adjusts dynamically to balance acoustics against thermal headroom in dense rack rows.
