The Dell PowerEdge R650xs is a 1U rack server fitted with two Intel Xeon Silver 4316 processors running at 2.3 GHz with a 3.4 GHz turbo frequency. Each CPU provides 20 cores for a total of 40 cores across the system. It ships with 128 GB of DDR4 2666 MHz registered ECC memory installed in eight 16 GB modules. The chassis supports up to two processors and a maximum memory capacity of 1 TB across 16 DIMM slots.

H745 RAID Controller and 10 Enterprise SSDs

A Dell PERC H745 front RAID controller with 4 GB non-volatile cache and battery backs the storage array. It supports RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 for flexible data protection.
