Dual Xeon 5U tower server

The Dell PowerEdge T430 is a 5U tower server that can be converted for rack mounting. It ships with two Intel Xeon E5-2650 v4 processors running at 2.2 GHz with a 2.9 GHz turbo frequency. Each CPU provides 12 cores for a total of 24 cores across the system. The platform includes 32 GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory installed across four slots.

Suited for virtualisation and storage workloads

This configuration supports VMware ESXi, Hyper-V and Proxmox virtualisation as well as database hosting and file services. The PERC H330 controller manages the four included 960 GB SATA SSDs and can address additional drives in the 16 available 2.5-inch hot-swap bays. Redundant 750 W platinum power supplies and iDRAC 8 Express remote management are fitted as standard.
