The Dell VXRail E560 10B is a 1U rackmount server system built for virtualization and business workloads. It ships with two Intel Xeon Gold 6136 processors providing 24 total cores and 48 threads at 3.00GHz base frequency. The system includes 256GB of DDR4 ECC Registered memory and a PERC H740P RAID controller. Eight 1.2TB 10K SAS drives come pre-installed in the 2.5-inch hot-swap bays.

Suits virtualization clusters

This configuration fits teams running VMware vSAN or similar hyper-converged platforms that need balanced compute and fast local storage. Dual 10GbE and dual 1GbE ports handle storage and management traffic without extra cards. Buyers who need more than 8 drive bays populated or require GPU acceleration for VDI should look at a different chassis. The maximum memory capacity is 3TB across all slots.
