G1/4" Thread and 10×13 mm Hose Limit

The G1/4" UN thread is the only interface these fittings accept, so every block, radiator or pump port must match that pitch. Tubing must be exactly 10 mm inner diameter by 13 mm outer diameter (3/8" ID, 1/2" OD); larger or smaller hose will not seal. No adapter for other thread sizes or hose dimensions is included. The embedded O-ring provides the sole sealing surface, so surface finish on the mating port matters.

Hand-Tight Install With Leak-Test Step

Installation is a simple hand-tighten of the knurled collar onto the tubing and thread; no special tools are required. The most common issue is under-tightening, which leaves a microscopic weep path under pressure. Over-tightening can deform the soft tube and also cause leaks. The manufacturer stresses a full loop pressure test before powering the system to catch any seal failures.
