This HP ProLiant DL380 Gen10 is a new rack-mount system with two Intel Xeon Platinum 8160 processors running at 2.1 GHz. Forty-eight total cores and 256 GB of DDR4 memory give it the raw capacity for virtualization, databases, file storage and application hosting. The ten 2.5-inch drive bays are already populated with two 1 TB SATA SSDs and eight 1.2 TB SAS hard drives.
P816i-a storage controller
The included P816i-a controller manages the mixed SSD and SAS array so the operating system sees a single logical volume.
