Upgrade path from single-socket Gen8

Moving to this dual-socket-capable Gen9 platform makes sense when workloads demand more than 14 cores or memory beyond 384GB, because the system board accepts a second Xeon E5-2680v4 and scales to 3TB RAM. The eight-bay SFF chassis also replaces four-bay or LFF configurations when storage density is the priority.
