This 2U rack server ships with a single Xeon Silver 4110 processor running at 2.1GHz and 128GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory. The chassis supports a second processor for expanded compute capacity. Integrated iLO Advanced remote management allows full out-of-band control and monitoring. It targets virtualization hosts, database nodes, and general-purpose enterprise workloads.

Confirm the 36 x 24 x 10 inch footprint fits your rack depth and that the 40-pound weight is within shelf ratings. Two 500W Flex Slot power supplies are installed; check that your PDU connectors and available amperage match. No drives are included, so you must procure SAS drives or SSDs compatible with the Smart Array P408 controller and the eight 2.5-inch drive bays.

Smart Array P408 iLO Advanced dual 10GbE

The P408 SAS RAID controller provides hardware RAID 0 1 5 6 10 50 60 for the installed drive bays. HPE iLO Advanced licensing enables advanced remote console, scripting, and security features. A quad-port network adapter delivers two 10GbE and two 1GbE connections for flexible network segmentation. Rail kits are available separately if your rack requires them.
