Lay Filaments SOLAY is a rubber-like material designed for makers who need flexible, durable parts such as shoe soles, dampers or fashion accessories. Its rough, stonewash finish emerges straight from the nozzle and accepts permanent markers or alcohol inks for easy colour customisation. The 0.25 kg spool suits experimental or low-volume projects.

Works with 1.75 mm direct-drive extruders

The filament feeds cleanly through standard 1.75 mm hot-ends without special upgrades. A heated bed set between 20 °C and 60 °C provides sufficient adhesion for the elastic layers. Because the material remains pliable after printing, it frees designers from rigid PLA or ABS constraints when prototyping wearables or soft-touch grips.

Retains rubber elasticity during long prints

SOLAY maintains its natural-rubber elasticity throughout extended sessions without becoming brittle or warping. The consistent feed behaviour prevents jams that can abort multi-hour jobs.
