Bundle ready for Ryzen builds

This package combines an MSI B850 Gaming Plus motherboard with a 1TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD so the system can be assembled and booted without a separate storage purchase. The board supports Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 series processors on the AM5 socket. Four DDR5 slots accept up to 256GB of dual-channel memory running at 5600 with AMD EXPO profiles.

PCIe Gen4 storage ceiling

The included 2280 NVMe drive delivers sequential reads up to 5000MB/s over a PCIe 4.0 x4 link, which is the practical throughput limit of that interface generation. The motherboard also provides three M.2 sockets wired for PCIe 5.0 x4, PCIe 4.0 x4 and PCIe 4.0 x2, plus four SATA 6Gb/s ports for additional drives. Expansion slots cover PCIe 5.0 x16, 4.0 x16 and 3.0 x16 for graphics and add-in cards.

Capacity headroom for memory and drives

Dual-channel DDR5 scales to 256GB across the four 288-pin slots, giving ample headroom for heavy multitasking and content work before the platform limit is reached. The bundled 1TB SSD covers the operating system and a working set of games or applications; larger media libraries or project archives will require extra M.2 or SATA drives. Network connectivity tops out at 5Gbps wired and WiFi6E wireless, while onboard audio uses the Realtek ALC897 codec for 7.1-channel output.
