128GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM Kit

This 128GB kit contains two 64GB registered DDR4 modules built for the ASUS Pro WS WRX80E-SAGE SE WiFi motherboard. It targets IT professionals and workstation builders who need error-correcting memory for mission-critical server workloads. The modules operate at 1.20V and carry a CL22 latency rating.

Capacity and registered buffering

Each 64GB module uses a 2Rx4 organisation to deliver high density within the DDR4 standard. The registered design reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing the full 128GB kit to run stably at 3200MT/s. Systems that require non-registered UDIMMs or lower-density modules cannot use this kit.

DDR4 3200 interface limits

The PC4-25600 interface caps bandwidth at the DDR4 3200 data rate, so workloads that scale beyond this throughput will hit the bus ceiling. The 288-pin RDIMM form factor fits only DDR4 RDIMM slots and is physically incompatible with UDIMM, SO-DIMM or DDR5 sockets.
