128GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM kit

This 128GB kit contains four 32GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs with ECC and a CAS latency of CL22. It is built for THINKMATE RAX-XS4-11S3-SH rackmount servers and workstations that require registered memory. The modules operate at 1.2V and use a 2Rx8 organisation with major OEM chips.

Install in matched sets of four

The 288-pin RDIMMs seat in standard DDR4 slots and the kit is designed to populate all four channels at once. Registered buffers add a small electrical load so the motherboard must support registered DIMMs; unbuffered boards will not post. Handle the modules by the edges and ensure the retention clips lock fully.

Verify registered DIMM support first

Check that your THINKMATE system lists DDR4 3200 RDIMM with ECC in its qualified vendor list before ordering. The board must accept 2Rx8 registered modules at 1.2V and provide four available slots for the full 128GB capacity. Systems limited to unbuffered memory or lower maximum capacity cannot use this kit.
