This NEMIX RAM module adds 16 GB of DDR5 ECC registered memory to compatible Supermicro BigTwin SuperServer SYS-222BT-HER systems. It is designed for administrators who need to expand capacity on validated enterprise platforms. The single-rank 1Rx8 organisation keeps electrical loading low per channel. Buyers who need non-ECC or unbuffered DIMMs for workstation or desktop boards cannot use this part.

Registered DDR5 construction

The 288-pin RDIMM operates at 1.1 V with a CL52 latency rating and a 6400 MT/s data rate. Registered buffering reduces signal load on the memory controller, supporting stable operation in dense multi-DIMM server configurations. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow across the module relies on the chassis cooling design. Systems that require registered ECC DDR5 in this form factor will accept the module; other form factors or voltages will not.

Single-module package

The box contains one 16 GB DDR5 6400 MHz PC5-51200 1Rx8 1.1 V 288-pin ECC RDIMM. No additional cables, tools or software licences are bundled. Installation follows the server vendor's documented memory population rules. Administrators who need matched pairs or larger kits for multi-channel optimisation must order additional units separately.
