192GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM kit for ThinkMate Supermicro

This 192GB kit contains six 32GB DDR4 3200 CL22 registered DIMMs built for ThinkMate Supermicro SuperServer 510P-WT, 510P-WTR and 110P-WTR platforms. ECC and registered operation provide the error correction and signal integrity required by mission-critical server workloads. Modules run at 1.20V using major OEM Samsung, Micron or Hynix chips.

288-pin registered DIMMs need compatible server

Each 288-pin RDIMM installs directly into DDR4 RDIMM slots on the qualified ThinkMate Supermicro systems listed above. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, freeing the platform to populate all six slots without signal degradation. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow across the modules must be provided by the server chassis.

192GB capacity with CL22 latency at 3200 MT/s

Six dual-rank 2Rx4 modules deliver 192GB total capacity for virtualisation, database and compute-intensive tasks. Rated at DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) with CAS latency 22, the kit handles large memory footprints within the rated speed and voltage envelope. Workloads exceeding 192GB or requiring lower latency than CL22 will need a different configuration.
