Each module is a registered 288-pin RDIMM using a 4Rx4 layout, allowing the memory controller to address the full 1 TB without signal-loading issues. The absence of heat spreaders keeps the profile low for dense multi-GPU chassis where clearance is tight.

DDR4 3200 CL22 at 1.2 V

The kit runs at DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) with CAS latency 22 and 1.2 V nominal voltage. DDR4 bandwidth and latency set the ceiling for throughput, so workloads that scale beyond this speed or require lower latency will need a newer memory generation.
