Registered ECC operation and 4Rx4 organisation provide the data-integrity and capacity density required by multi-socket server workloads. Modules run at 1.2 V with CL22 timing and use 288-pin RDIMM form factor.

Suited for ThinkMate 510P-M/MR memory expansion
