This NEMIX RAM kit provides 384GB of DDR5 capacity across four 96GB registered DIMMs. It is built for ThinkMate TWX tower servers that require ECC RDIMM modules. The registered design reduces electrical load on the memory controller in multi-DIMM configurations. IT teams use it to expand memory for virtualization and database workloads.

Replaces lower-capacity DDR5 RDIMMs

The kit upgrades systems currently populated with smaller registered modules to reach the full 384GB total. The jump is worth it when workloads exceed the existing memory ceiling and cause swapping or VM limits. Each 96GB module uses a 2Rx8 organization at CL40 latency. Compatibility is validated for the specified ThinkMate tower models only.

Sustained load behavior

Registered buffering and on-die ECC maintain data integrity during continuous server operation. The 1.1V operating voltage supports efficiency under constant throughput. Modules are stress tested under load before shipping to verify stability. The absence of heat spreaders assumes adequate chassis airflow for thermal management.
