384GB DDR5 5600 ECC RDIMM Kit

This kit provides 384GB across four 96GB DDR5 5600 registered DIMMs with ECC and CL46 latency. It is built for servers and workstations that require registered, error-correcting memory at standard voltage. The modules use major OEM DRAM from Samsung, Micron or Hynix. Buyers needing unbuffered UDIMMs or non-ECC memory for consumer platforms cannot use this kit.

Registered ECC With Major OEM Chips

Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the server memory controller, while ECC detects and corrects single-bit errors for data integrity. The 2Rx4 organisation and 1.10V operation follow the DDR5 5600 JEDEC specification. No heat spreaders are included, so airflow in the chassis must be sufficient for bare modules. Systems that do not support registered ECC RDIMMs will not post with these modules installed.

DDR5 5600 PC5-44800 Interface Limits

The DDR5 5600 interface delivers a peak transfer rate of PC5-44800 and requires a 288-pin RDIMM slot with registered ECC support. Capacity per module is fixed at 96GB, so total capacity scales only by adding more identical kits within the platform's slot and rank limits. Mixed-rank or mixed-speed populations can reduce the effective data rate below 5600 MT/s. Platforms limited to lower DDR5 speeds or UDIMM-only slots cannot operate this memory at its rated specification.
