This NEMIX RAM kit delivers 512GB total capacity across four 128GB DDR4 3200 modules built for the Thinkmate QF4-14TP workstation. Each stick is a 288-pin ECC RDIMM with 4Rx4 organisation, CL22 latency and 1.20V operation. The registered design adds a buffer that stabilises signal integrity on heavily populated server motherboards.

Suited for Thinkmate QF4-14TP upgrades

Administrators expanding a QF4-14TP to its maximum supported memory will match the exact speed, rank and form factor required by that platform. Builders targeting consumer desktops, laptops or non-Thinkmate servers cannot use these registered ECC modules because the memory controllers in those systems expect unbuffered UDIMMs or SODIMMs.
