This 64 GB kit adds two 32 GB DDR4 2666 ECC LRDIMM modules to ThinkMate GPX-QT8-24E2-8GPU servers. It targets administrators who need registered load-reduced memory for multi-GPU compute nodes. Buyers requiring unbuffered DIMMs or non-ECC memory for consumer platforms cannot use this kit.

Thermals and Power Profile

Each module runs at 1.20 V with a CL19 latency, keeping power draw low for dense 24-bay chassis. The load-reduced buffer reduces electrical loading on the memory bus, which helps maintain signal integrity without active cooling on the DIMMs themselves. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow across the 288-pin slots must be maintained by the server chassis fans.

The package supplies a matched pair of 32 GB 2Rx4 modules tested under load for ThinkMate compatibility. No additional software, cables or mounting hardware are bundled; the memory installs directly into the server DIMM slots. Lifetime replacement coverage is provided by the manufacturer, but warranty service terms are handled outside this product description.
