System-Specific ECC RDIMM Kit

This 64 GB kit contains two 32 GB DDR4 registered DIMMs built for the Lenovo ThinkEdge SE360 V2 AI server. ECC and register circuitry protect data integrity in edge-computing workloads. The modules run at 1.2 V and carry a CL22 latency rating. They are sold new and ready for immediate installation.

288-Pin Registered Form Factor

Each stick uses the standard 288-pin RDIMM connector, so it seats directly into the server’s DDR4 slots without adapters. The registered design reduces electrical load on the memory controller, helping stability when all slots are populated. Dual-rank 2Rx4 organisation increases density per channel. Simple physical installation follows the system manual.

DDR4 3200 MT/s Practical Limits

The PC4-25600 rating sets a 3200 MT/s ceiling, so bandwidth tops out at that transfer rate regardless of CPU capability. CL22 timing fixes minimum latency cycles at this speed. Registered ECC modules cannot be used in platforms that require unbuffered non-ECC memory. Maximum capacity is bound by the server’s qualified vendor list and slot count.
