This 64 GB kit contains two 32 GB DDR5 4800 RDIMM modules built for SuperMicro Storage SuperServer platforms. It targets administrators who need registered ECC memory validated for the SSG-521E-E1CR24H, SSG-521E-E1CR24L and X13SEDW-F systems. The modules operate at 1.10 V with a CL40 latency and use a 1Rx4 organisation based on major OEM DRAM.

Registered ECC RDIMM Integration

Each stick is a 288-pin registered DIMM that plugs directly into the server motherboard slots without a heat spreader. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, freeing the platform to populate more slots per channel. ECC circuitry corrects single-bit errors on the fly, protecting data integrity in storage workloads. No additional cooling or configuration beyond standard BIOS detection is required.

64 GB Capacity Headroom

The dual-rank kit delivers 64 GB total, suitable for virtualisation hosts, database caches and high-thread-count storage nodes. It handles typical multi-tenant workloads and large metadata operations within this footprint. Environments that scale beyond 64 GB per socket or require higher memory bandwidth than PC5-38400 provides will need larger or faster modules.
