This 64 GB kit contains two 32 GB DDR5 5600 ECC unbuffered SODIMM modules. It targets Dell Precision 7680 mobile workstation owners who need maximum factory supported memory capacity with error correcting code for data integrity. The 262 pin form factor fits the laptop SO DIMM slots directly.

Capacity and headroom

The 64 GB total capacity provides headroom for large datasets, virtual machines and memory intensive professional applications. Dual rank 2Rx8 organisation allows the memory controller to interleave accesses across ranks. The kit will not suit users who require more than 64 GB or who need registered DIMM modules for server platforms.

Thermals noise and power
